InvestXplore is a virtual trading simulator for education and practice only. No real securities, derivatives, commodities, or investments are bought or sold.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InvestXplore, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.

2. Virtual Trading Only

InvestXplore provides a simulated trading environment. All trades, orders, profits, losses, balances, portfolios, and returns are virtual and have no real monetary value.

3. No Real Trading or Investment

InvestXplore does not execute real trades on any stock exchange. The platform does not allow users to buy, sell, hold, or transfer actual securities, derivatives, mutual funds, commodities, or financial instruments.

4. No SEBI-Regulated Activity

InvestXplore is not a SEBI-registered stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, depository participant, or any other SEBI-regulated intermediary.

5. No Investment Advice

Information available on InvestXplore is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be treated as investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendation, research report, tax advice, or legal advice.

6. Market Data

Market data shown on the platform may be delayed, simulated, cached, estimated, or sourced from third-party providers. It should not be relied upon for actual trading or investment decisions.

7. Virtual Funds

Virtual funds provided inside InvestXplore are only for simulation. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed, converted into money, or used outside the platform.

8. User Responsibility

Users agree not to:

Misuse the platform
Create fake or duplicate accounts
Exploit bugs or technical errors
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform
Use the app for illegal or unauthorized activities

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if we detect misuse, fraud, policy violation, abuse, or activity that may harm the platform or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, code, graphics, animations, features, and branding related to InvestXplore belong to InvestXplore unless otherwise stated.

11. Third-Party Services

InvestXplore may use third-party tools for authentication, analytics, hosting, notifications, payment processing, or data services. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

InvestXplore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or non-financial loss arising from use of the platform, reliance on simulated data, technical errors, or user decisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of InvestXplore after updates means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
